AhavahDARE Fatherhood Initiative

Legal & Custody Mentorship and Rehabilitation Program

The AhavahDARE Fatherhood Initiative is dedicated to empowering fathers by providing legal and custody mentorship, rehabilitation support, and access to essential resources. Our goal is to help fathers navigate family law, regain stability, and strengthen their relationships with their children.

Program Objective

Provide legal education and mentorship to fathers facing custody challenges.

Support fathers in rehabilitation and reintegration after legal or personal setbacks.

Connect fathers with legal aid, therapy, and workforce development resources.

Offer both in-house services and a referral system for specialized assistance.

Eligibility

Fathers with an extensive criminal background or severe offenses may qualify for free services on a case-by-case basis. Those without a criminal record may receive services at a low bono rate.

What is Low Bono?

Low bono refers to reduced-cost legal and support services, making professional assistance more accessible to those who may not qualify for free services but still need financial flexibility.

Note: Individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria may still access the same services at a low bono rate.
